Release Blitz & Review: Crazy Hot Love

Title: Crazy Hot Love

A Dirty Dicks Standalone Novel

Author: K.L. Grayson
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: May 22, 2018
Claire Daniels is good at a lot of things, but
dating isn’t one of them. Although she enjoys men of all different shapes,
colors, and sizes, she has one requirement: they must have a job on her
approved-occupation list. It has to be safe, so they can come home every night,
which means no cops, pilots, doctors, ranchers, and absolutely no
She’s kept to her rules thus far—as long as
you ignore the tiny crush she has on Trevor Allen, a crush that cannot move
toward anything physical because Trevor is a firefighter and a rancher.
Not to mention, he’s four years younger than she is and the brother of her two
best friends.
Still, it sure would be nice to have him put
out her fire.
Trevor Allen also has a few rules when it
comes to Claire Daniels: no staring, flirting, smokin’ hot fantasies, or
touching of any kind. He’s been lusting after Claire his whole life, but with a
steady stream of willing women and two demanding jobs to hold his attention,
he’s somehow managed to keep his hands off her.
Until they end up in a bathroom together—a
small bathroom with very little room to move, leaving him pressed against
Claire’s lush curves. What’s he supposed to do when she looks up at him with
those big, green doe eyes and licks her lips? The only thing he can do: kiss
the hell out of her, then convince her it can’t happen again.
Too bad he can’t convince himself.

My Review:

I am so happy to have read the second novel in this sexy, smart, funny series! Crazy Hot Love focuses on Mo’s best friend, Claire, and Rhett’s brother, Trevor. Hopefully, you read the first book in the series so you understand who Mo and Rhett are. If not – stop now and go read it, it was fantastic!

Anyway, Claire is a sweet, beautiful, first grade teacher and best buddies with Mo and Trevor’s older brothers. She’s always had an eye for Trevor, despite him being younger, however, he’s a firefighter and after losing her firefighter father in a fire, she doesn’t date firefighters. Trevor has also had eyes for Claire for many years, but he is carrying around a guilty secret that he is afraid will destroy any chance they have to be together. Luckily, the chemistry between these two builds and builds until they have no choice but to acknowledge what’s between them!

I have nothing but love for both Trevor and Claire. They each have their own issues, but they were perfect main characters and everything about them together just sizzled. Mo, Rhett, and the rest of the guys are back again in this one and once again, they are hilarious. I must admit though, I think that my favorite character in the novel is Milo! What a sweet, little pup! It was so easy for me to visualize her running around banging into things and falling – but staying sweet and happy, wanting to lick and give kisses!

I don’t have enough words of praise for K.L. Grayson and her writing. While reading Crazy Hot Love, you won’t feel as if you are following along in a book, but instead, you will feel as if these are people you know and that you are right there with them in the story. The story lines and characters are complex enough to give it depth, but together with the sexy romance, friendship, and love – it’s an incredible and addictive read.

I highly recommend this one, but try to read Crazy Sexy Love first to get the full experience.

Author Bio
K.L. Grayson resides in a small town outside of St. Louis,
MO.  She is entertained daily by her
extraordinary husband, who will forever inspire every good quality she writes
in a man.  Her entire life rests in the
palms of six dirty little hands, and when the day is over and those pint-sized
cherubs have been washed and tucked into bed, you can find her typing away
furiously on her computer.  She has a
love for alpha-males, brownies, reading, tattoos, sunglasses, and happy
endings…and not particularly in that order.
