**My Review**
Welcome to my stop on the tour for Let Me Love You, by MK Moore. This is the second 425 Madison series book which is a new collaboration of various authors writing novels about the lives of those living at 425 Madison in NYC. Let Me Love You is about Mallory – a young and successful romance/erotica writer and Malachi – her roommate’s older brother just out of the military after an injury. When Mallory’s roommate, Margot, leaves for Paris for her job, she arranges for her brother Malachi to move in with Mallory while she is gone. When Mallory comes home to find the sexy Malachi in her apartment – it’s lust at first sight for both. However, that lust quickly turns to more as Malachi adjusts to life after the military and they both learn what falling hard and fast is all about.
I will start by saying that although I liked this book, I didn’t like it nearly as much as the first book in this series. With that being said, I liked Mallory and Malachi and was certainly rooting for them from beginning to end. I struggled with some of the details about their relationship that just seemed too farfetched, which I won’t go into because of spoilers, but overall it was a fun and easy read. I loved the occasional appearances of Mallory’s parents because they were loving, quirky, and wonderfully funny! I also loved mention of Leo and Gwen from the first book, although I’m not sure if it was more of catching up with what they were doing if Mallory’s story coincided with Gwen’s.
I think contemporary romance fans will enjoy Let Me Love You. I loved the elements of a sexy military man, falling for your best friend’s brother, and whirlwind romance. I think if it had been a bit more simplified and slowed down, I would have appreciated it more. Nevertheless, I’m such a fan of this series and cannot wait to see what’s next with 425 Madison!

I laugh. “Whatever you want Mallory. Whatever you want,” I say, barely holding it together.
“Challenge accepted,” she says grinning. This gives me a perfect view of her straight white teeth. Fuck, even those are pretty. God, who thinks teeth are pretty besides dentists? She puts on the first season of a show. A few hours and several episodes later, I’m hooked. It’s hilarious.
“What is this?” I ask. I get really into the show, but every so often, I look over at Mallory and stare at her. Thankfully, she doesn’t see me. I am sure I look like a fucking creeper.
“The British version of The Office. I’ve seen the American one, but I think this one is funnier.”
“Don’t you need to write?” I ask. She smiles brightly and her brown eyes shine with it.
“You know about that, huh?”
“Margo told me,” I say, laughing.
“Oh Lordy, I can just imagine what she said. I do need to write, but I’m having a better time with you,” she says, smiling yet again. I can’t help smiling as well.
“Me too.” Right then, my grumbling stomach reminds me that I haven’t eaten since five this morning. “So, what’s good to eat around here?”
“Is this your first time in New York?” she asks, tapping her finger on her chin. Damn, she is adorable.
“Yes,” I say, nodding.
“Well then, pizza of course. Do you want to go out or order in?”
“Order in. I’m exhausted from traveling today.” I’m still leery of social situations, I know that I’m cringing, but she doesn’t say anything. She just nods understandingly.
“Okay,” she says. “I know the perfect place to order from. What kind do you want?”
“Pepperoni and mushroom,” I reply.
“Ooh, me too,” she says, and I listen as she grabs her phone and orders two large pies.
“That’s ambitious,” I say when she hangs up.
“What?”
“Two large pies? How are you ever going to eat that much?”
“You’d be surprised; besides, I love leftover pizza.” She shrugs as she gets up from the couch and heads into the kitchen. “I have red wine or Foster’s,” she yells. I already don’t like that she is out of my sight.
