**My Review**
Welcome to my stop on the tour for the last in the 425 Madison Series, Sightseeing in Manhattan! Hanna Rae leaves England for New York after winning a contest allowing her to live in an apartment for free for a year and work towards her dream of being a professional dancer. What makes her so unique, however, is that she is a dancer with an extensive visual impairment, mostly only seeing shadows and movement. Matt is just trying to make ends meet with his mother and younger sister, working several jobs and doing everything he can to take care of them. Besides his mother and sister, Matt doesn’t get involved with people, especially romantic relationships.
I loved that this novel had such a different main character than most everything else out there today. Hannah Rae was sweet, talented, intelligent, but also very vulnerable in her new environment due to her limited vision. The chemistry that is between her and Matt is off the charts, so prepare to be fanning yourself several times when these two dance, kiss, and so on!
As much as I adored this story, I wish it would have been longer and a little more developed. Matt and Hannah Rae fall quickly and then there’s not a lot left in the story except for Hannah Rae’s future as a dancer and if her dream will be realized. There’s nothing wrong with a quick read, but it just felt a bit rushed in the last part. Also, where were the typical cameos of other 425 Madison residents? Where was Thomas? Surely the sweet doorman would have some interaction with a visually impaired resident and her dog?
Back to my overall thoughts, Sightseeing in Manhattan is one of my favorites of this series. The romance and chemistry were amazing, but I was brought to tears several times watching their successes, failures, joy, and sadness. This one made me cry a lot, but only because I became so invested in the characters it was impossible not to feel their emotions right along with them! I definitely recommend this final installment of the 425 Madison series and will certainly be looking for this author’s work in the future!

Letting go with one of his hands, he slides his fingertips up my back and to the nape of my neck.
Some of my hair tangles between his fingers and he squeezes gently, pulling me up toward him again
to meet another waiting kiss.
He spins me back around and commands me to take hold of the wheel and not let go. I do as I’m told
and cling to it, not even caring about the direction or thinking about anything other than how good his
hands feel, now that they are both free to roam over my body. He traces them over my hips and spans
my waist before tracing up to the curve of my breasts and cupping them each, over the top of my
cardigan.
“I like this, pink suits you,” he whispers softly into my ear.
“I guessed it was pink from the feel of it. It’s light and soft, like cotton candy.”
“It’s cute. Sometimes you look cute. I thought that when I picked you up. Now you don’t look cute,
though.”
“I don’t? Then how do I look now?”
“Breath taking.” He says the word so easily that it sounds natural and believable. Even if I don’t
believe it myself, he makes me feel like the most beautiful woman in the entire city.
My long waves blow free in the evening breeze and it’s eerily quiet with the noise of the city in the
distant background. “Your curves are the sexiest thing I’ve ever laid eyes on,” he murmurs as his
hands come to rest on my waist, pinching gently as though trying to control himself. I’m not sure I want
him to.
